Treasurer’s Report

• Collected some dues
• Paid JA $250.00
• About $4000.00 in checking at end of January

Chamber report:

• New restaurant for Landmark Plaza- 300 seat
• Citizens First construction almost finished
• Health Derm building on Hwy 44
• 200,000 sq ft new construction during 2009
• 76 million in new construction during 2009
• Local unemployment 7.6%/ state 8.3%/nation 10%

New business:

• Annual meeting will be March 11 at LaSures
• 7:30 start time with continental breakfast
• Sean Fitzgerald will be the moderator for the panel discussion
  • Panel:
    • Mark Rohloff- Oshkosh City Manager
    • Mark Harris – Winnebago County Exec
    • Tim Blake- Town of Algoma chairman
• Chamber affiliates policy
  • What affricates rights and responsibilities- tabled by chamber board
  • Question about donation policy over several years
• Mark and Fritz looking into providing greater value to members

  • 14 day shutdown for paving in July
