Payment of speaker lunches for $18.90
Dues will go out in the next two weeks

Chamber Report:

University did survey of area manufacturers- most projecting sales growth and demand
Chamber economic survey for 2010 not too bad
- Meeting expectations
- Expecting better for 2011 with growth and hiring

2010 Construction Review
- completed Witzel overpass with Washburn Street reconstruction
- completed 20^th Ave overpass
- completed Snell Rd overpass
- completed Lake Butte des Morts Drive overpass
- completed roundabout at US 45/Fernau/lake Buttedes Morts Drive
- completed southbound widening from WI26 to Witzel Ave
- completed northbound widening from US 45 to Breezewood Lane
- completed US 41/76 Interchange ramps
- completed placing temporary poles and cameras
- completed traffic signals on WI26
- completed paving of Green Valley Rd and Dixie rd to allow for truck traffic
- Placed changeable message boards for 2011 project
  - Will help provide real time information for motorists
2011 construction Preview
- 9^th interchange
  - will begin Feb28/March 1- interchange will close
  - 9^th Ave structure open to traffic by July 16- able to east/west across highway
  - northbound exit ramp and on ramp to open by July 16
  - incentives for finishing early
    - $15,000.00 per day if finished before July 16
    - contractors planning for 10 days early
  - southbound exit ramp and on ramp to open Nov 4-2011
  - completion of entire project by Nov 4—2011
- US 41 mainline- WI 26 to Witzel Ave
  - Same timeframe as 9^th Ave
  - Begins March 1
  - Complete northbound roadway in July 16
  - Switch all traffic to northbound roadway in July
  - Complete southbound roadway by Nov 4
- US41/45 interchange
  - Closes April 4
  - US 45 detoured to WI 76 to US10
  - US 45 open across US41 November 8
  - US 41MB to US 45NB ramp opens June 29-2012- free flow flyover
- Breezewood Lane interchange
  - Closes march 28
  - Completion Oct 8-2011
- US 41 mainline paving= US 45 to Breezewood
  - US41/76 interchange remains open during construction
  - Construct southbound in 2011
  - Construct northbound in 2012
  - Completion May 23-2013
- US 41/21 interchange- Lake Butte des Morts crossing
  - Let for bid July 13-2011
  - Lake Butte des Morts bridges to begin late Aug/Sept 2011- work through the winter
  - US 41/21 northbound exit /entrance ramps lose for 21 calendars days after Labor Day 2011
  - Interchange closure begins Mid March 2012
  - Roundabouts at 21/Washburn and 21/Koeller complete June 2012
  - 41/21 interchange open mid Nov 2012
- US 41 traffic management
  - Maintain two lanes NB and SB during construction
  - Night time lane closures on US 41
  - 55 mph speed limit
  - ongoing coordination with public- US 41 website
  - Freeway service team-contracted with a private firm to do service call for cars that are stuck on the highways
